You will be responsible for resolving user issues, managing service requests, and supporting the day-to-day operation of our IT environment. This is a field-based role, so a car and valid UK driving licence are essential. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line and basic second-line support in a telephony-based helpdesk environment. Log, diagnose and resolve ICT incidents, problems and service requests. Support users with Windows Operating Systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.
