They are currently looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with GenAI knowledge to join their team for a six-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, modern automation frameworks, and hands-on AI experience. The ideal candidate will drive quality assurance initiatives using cutting-edge technologies and AI-powered testing solutions. ? Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python, JavaScript, and Playwright ? Implement AI-powered testing solutions to enhance test coverage and efficiency ? Create and execute API tests using RestAssured or Karate frameworks ? Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC ? Analyze test results and provide actionable insights ? Mentor junior team members on automation best practices ? Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: ? Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications in software testing ? Experience implementing AI-driven test automation solutions ? Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model integration Python - MUST HAVE ? Proficient in Python programming for test automation and scripting ? Experience with Python testing frameworks (pytest, unittest) ? Ability to develop custom automation utilities and tools JavaScript - GOOD TO HAVE ? Strong JavaScript/TypeScript programming skills ? Experience with Node.js ecosystem for testing ? Understanding of modern ES6+ features Playwright - MUST HAVE ? Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing ? Cross-browser testing implementation ? Page Object Model design patterns ? API testing capabilities within Playwright RestAssured / Karate - GOOD TO HAVE ? Expertise in API testing using RestAssured (Java) or Karate framework ? RESTful API validation and automation ? Data-driven testing and BDD approach ? JSON/XML response validation Hands-on AI Experience ? Hands-on experience integrating AI into testing workflows ? Understanding of AI/ML testing challenges and solutions ?
