Strong Python and SQL skills with experience working on large scale data problems. Experience working in fast paced, data driven organisations where analytics directly informs product, marketing or commercial decisions. Strong problem solving ability and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. Experience with experimentation, causal thinking or incrementality testing is highly beneficial. Exposure to digital marketing, E-commerce or customer analytics environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
