Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join a dynamic team working on mission-critical healthcare integration projects. This role is central to enabling seamless data exchange across clinical systems, supporting interoperability, and driving digital health initiatives. You'll work closely with healthcare organisations and technology partners to design and implement robust integration solutions using industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions tailored to healthcare environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical informatics, software developers, and project managers to ensure successful integration delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across diverse healthcare systems and platforms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and emerging technologies. Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable integration frameworks. Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field. Proven experience in healthcare system integration, including HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, CDA, and RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of data exchange protocols, ETL processes, and Middleware platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (eg, Mirth Connect, Redox, InterSystems, AWS HealthLake). Certifications in HL7, FHIR, or other relevant interoperability standards. Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and cybersecurity principles (eg, HIPAA, GDPR). SC Cleared GRC Consultant/SAC - Remote - ASAP Start - Up to £70K Our client is currently looking to onboard up to 5 SC or DV Cleared GRC Consultants/Security Assurance Coordinators as they look to grow their Cyber Security team over the next few months. This consultancy predominantly works with the MOD/UK Government and they're based in the South West. Although the majority of these roles can be done remotely, there is some expectation that you occasional travel to Corsham, Bristol or Gloucester. This client is looking to bring in Junior - Senior hires and they're offering salaries between £45K - £70K depending on experience. Here's an insight into what we're looking for: Demonstrable experience operating in a GRC/Security Assurance type roles within Defence/MOD Detailed knowledge and understanding of defence policy and standards, particularly JSP 440, 453 and 604. ADF Integration Developer Location: Guildford (Hybrid Working) Sector: Public Sector/Education Contract Type: FTC - 2 years Salary: £40k - £50k A major public sector organisation is seeking an experienced ADF/SSIS/Azure Integration Developer to support the delivery of a critical programme modernising Legacy integration systems. As part of the central IT team, you'll play a key role in building and supporting scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. This role focuses on developing and maintaining integration services using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS , contributing to a broader shift from on-premise to cloud-native solutions. You'll be working in a collaborative, Agile environment alongside project managers, solution architects, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver Azure Data Factory solutions from scratch , including architecture design, pipeline creation, dataflows, linked services, triggers, parameters, error handling, and CI/CD deployment, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. Develop and support enterprise-grade data integration solutions using ADF , SSIS , Azure Logic Apps , and Azure DevOps . Create modular, parameterised pipelines and reusable components aligned to internal integration frameworks. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver integration requirements. Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, resolving incidents and managing change requests. Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Maintain high-quality documentation across all phases of development and support. Required Skills and Experience Proven end-to-end Azure Data Factory development experience , including building solutions from the ground up (greenfield), not solely maintaining or enhancing existing pipelines. Strong SQL skills, ideally across both MS SQL and Oracle environments. Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs , JSON/XML , and data transformation technologies (eg, XSLT). Experience with Azure Logic Apps , Azure DevOps , and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments. Knowledge of secure development practices, including OAuth, HTTPS, and SSL. Ability to work within Agile and structured delivery frameworks. Desirable Experience migrating Legacy SSIS workloads to ADF in cloud environments. Background in education, public sector, or similarly complex organisations. Familiarity with systems such as student records, HR, or finance platforms.
