The role includes overseeing the production and delivery of calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports in line with the project programme. Responsibilities Check and assess both new and existing rock engineering and engineering geological projects. Lead the delivery of projects in your field and support risk management by participating in inter disciplinary reviews. Oversee the production and delivery of geotechnical calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports in line with the project programme. Check and review reports and calculations. Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design solution. Ensure quality, safety and environmental requirements are met through our Integrated Management System. Participate in the resolution of technical issues. Qualifications & Skills Chartered (CGeol, CEng or equivalent). Experience in a design environment working on complex rock engineering and engineering geological projects in the UK or internationally. Experience in site work is preferred. Proficient in rock engineering software (e.g. RS2, RS3, UDEC, 3DEC). Experienced in planning, supervising, and designing project elements with the ability to apply current standards and best practice. Well rounded geotechnical design experience. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to prepare project reports for all levels. Full UK driving licence.
