General Summary The primary responsibility of the Lead SAP Analyst (VC, PP, PS) is to own the architecture of mission critical manufacturing processes. You would be a high calibre SAP specialist serving as the global subject matter expert for our Variant Configuration (VC), Production Planning (PP), and Project Systems (PS) landscape. Extensive experience in Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) is expected; functional knowledge of other related modules such as Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) would be highly beneficial. In this strategic role, you won't just support a system-you will shape the digital backbone of a global leader in power, oil & gas, and industrial engineering. You will lead business process re engineering, drive M&A integration, and mentor a world class team of innovators. Key Strategic Impact Process Architecture & Ownership: Act as the ultimate owner for the SAP VC, PP, and PS modules, ensuring seamless integration across global business units. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead high priority business systems integration projects and contribute to M&A strategy from an ERP perspective. Digital Transformation: Facilitate BPR (Business Process Re engineering) workshops to eliminate legacy inefficiencies and implement best in class manufacturing workflows. Executive Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to provide technical expertise that drives global decision making. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Owner of SAP VC, PP, PS and supporting SAP functionality Analysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods and practices) Documentation of SAP ERP processes using prescribed systems analysis methodologies Configuration of one or more modules of SAP to meet documented user requirements Testing of configured SAP System Specification of reports, interfaces and special programs Education of key/end users in system operation Resolve implementation issues to obtain system "sign off" from management Resolve business issues and user problems Progress resolution of SAP VC, PP, PS and other SAP issues as assigned Liaise with users to ensure full understanding and proper documentation of business requirements and communication of solutions Record progress within Celeros' help desk systems Provide business systems expertise to senior management Provide support to Production Planning, Scheduling and Variant Configuration with its integration to external systems, while identify opportunities for business improvement Determination of best practice processes for business units utilizing SAP Organise, participate in and facilitate business process re engineering workshops Implementation of new processes and education of business user Support executive decision making process by providing SAP expertise. GENERAL SUMMARY As a key member of the Materials Management team, the Aftermarket (AM) Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising the master production schedule for Aftermarket products within the Cathcart manufacturing facility. This role ensures that the schedule reflects customer requirements, material availability, and operational capacity. The AM Master Scheduler acts as a central coordination point between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management-balancing capacity, materials, and delivery commitments to achieve world class on time delivery performance. The role also monitors order progression, identifies risks, and adjusts the schedule proactively to support delivery promises. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (But Not Limited to) Develop, update, and maintain an accurate master production schedule aligned with customer orders and contractual requirements. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and Quality to ensure execution of the schedule. Prepare and present regular scheduling and capacity reports, including solution options and recommend corrective actions. Utilise SAP to monitor performance, track deviations, and drive schedule integrity. Analyse demand forecasts, production capacity, routings, and inventory levels to optimise sequencing and resource utilisation. Identify and resolve scheduling constraints or conflicts, proposing innovative solutions to protect delivery commitments. Maintain and continuously improve SAP master data accuracy, including BOM, routing, lead time, and planning parameters. Minimum 5 years' experience in production scheduling or planning in a project based or engineered to order manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and executing production schedules. Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modelling skills. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, capacity planning, and shop floor control. ASCM (formerly APICS) certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent preferred. Experience working in complex, high mix, low volume environments such as aerospace, defence, industrial equipment, or custom machinery is preferred. GENERAL SUMMARY The Production Controller / Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and controlling production activities for a designated production cell, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (But Not Limited to) Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on the master production schedule, resource availability and material requirements Adjust schedules as necessary to respond to changes in demand, production capacity or optimising load Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all resources, including labour and materials, are available and allocated effectively Monitor production processes, addressing any issues that arise to minimise downtime and maintain workflow Utilise ERP systems to track production progress, update schedules, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in scheduling and efficiency Act as a liaison between various departments (engineering, quality assurance, procurement) to ensure alignment on production goals and requirements Facilitate regular production meetings to review progress, address challenges, and communicate schedule updates Proactively identify potential production bottlenecks and develop solutions to mitigate risks Implement corrective actions to address production delays or resource shortages Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance production scheduling, efficiency, and overall operational performance Liaise with Operations department on holidays/absence/breakdowns to plan available future capacity. Supporting Material Planner Responsibilities during periods of absence/holiday: Supporting sub contract process management Convert planned orders and print route card document packs, making sure to align with material delivery dates. Highlighting any material shortages to the procurement team and the AOT team. Expedite closure and close out transaction for all allocated NCRs utilizing SAP QM transactions. Escalate delays in process affecting schedule completion.
