In this role, you'll bring extensive experience in ETL processes, with the ability to enhance and optimise on-premises workflows while driving automation and efficiency. As a key member of the Data Management & Operations team, you'll provide expert technical support and ensure the smooth resolution of BAU issues, including those related to PointX. You will join a close knit technical platform support team, providing clients with high quality technical support.
