The engineer who led that work is retiring. They need someone who already knows Rubrik at depth to pick it up, finish the job properly, and leave the platform in the shape it should have been in from the start. Whilst a permanent replacement is sought, a contractor needs to be brought in. This is an engineering role, not an operations one.
