What you'll be doing Working closely with the wider team to really understand the agency offerings, so you can confidently recommend the right digital solutions Talking to potential clients and turning good conversations into new business, using phone, email, and LinkedIn, whether the lead's inbound, warm, or cold Running the full sales process, from scoping and proposals to negotiation and closing. Before handing on to the delivery team. Researching and reaching out to potential clients in relevant sectors to grow the pipeline and bring in new opportunities Keeping on top of your pipeline, staying organised, and working towards clear targets. The experience you'll need Experience working in digital sales, business development, or a similar in an agency setting. A proven track record of working to targets and consistently hitting (or exceeding) them Comfort and confidence picking up the phone, building rapport, and having conversations with prospective clients. What you'll be doing Updating and maintaining existing client websites, mainly in WordPress and Elementor.Handling small fixes and updates, with light coding work when needed.Looking after live websites, making sure they run smoothly and sorting out any issues that come up.Respond to incoming technical queries, making sure issues are picked up quickly and resolvedSupporting the team with technical advice, helping with project scoping, and putting together quotes.Keeping internal platforms such as Monday and Trello running smoothly.
