Job Title: Project Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Managed Services/Technology Services A leading London-based Managed Service Provider (MSP), delivering innovative IT infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers to an impressive portfolio of financial services clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their professional services team and lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects for their clients. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple client-facing technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with customers, technical consultants, vendors, and internal delivery teams to drive successful outcomes and maintain exceptional client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a highly organised project professional with experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace technology projects within an MSP, systems integrator, or technology services environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, governance, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects from initiation through to completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, schedules, risks, dependencies, and change control processes. Coordinate internal technical teams, third-party suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain project governance and reporting, providing regular updates to customers and senior leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to minimise delivery impact. Manage customer expectations throughout the project life cycle and ensure excellent communication at all stages. Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and future business opportunities through successful project outcomes. Required Experience Solid project management experience within an MSP, IT services, technology consultancy, or systems integration environment. Proven experience delivering technology projects valued at £300k+. Strong background delivering projects across: Cloud platforms Network infrastructure Cyber security solutions Data centre technologies End User Services (EUS) Hardware and software deployments Experience managing projects involving technologies and vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Arista, Microsoft, and other enterprise technologies. Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Experience working with PMO functions, project governance frameworks, and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment. QualificationsEssential Degree-level education or equivalent experience. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, Agile PM, or equivalent project management certification. Desirable MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification. ITIL certification. Experience within highly regulated industries such as Financial Services . Key Skills Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
