Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple client-facing projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work closely with technical specialists, stakeholders and customers to deliver high-impact cyber security and infrastructure initiatives. Must Have Proven experience delivering IT or Cyber Security projects. Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies and best practices. Experience delivering projects involving cloud security, SIEM platforms, Microsoft security technologies, compliance programmes or infrastructure security. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Previous experience within a Cyber Security or Networking environment. Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC). Available immediately or within a one-month notice period. Nice to Have PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar project management certification. Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS. Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects.

As an Engineering Lead, you will join a high performing Technology and Data organisation, leading multiple engineering teams across strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future proof solutions that meet business needs, quality expectations, and long term technical standards. Must Haves: Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in a modern software environment Strong hands on background building .NET/C# and Angular web applications Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event driven systems, service oriented architecture) Cloud native development expertise with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS) Solid DevOps knowledge including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerisation Strong experience delivering software in Agile environments with a focus on quality and user experience Strong database skills across SQL and NoSQL systems Commitment to engineering best practices including SOLID principles, design patterns, code reviews, and testing Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, and production readiness Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical trade offs to both technical and non technical stakeholders Practical, delivery focused mindset with the ability to remove bottlenecks and drive outcomes Nice to Haves: Exposure to AI/ML tools, automation, and modern engineering accelerators Experience embedding AI driven workflows or intelligent automation into product delivery Background in trading, financial platforms, or other high performance regulated environments Experience assessing and adopting emerging technologies pragmatically Track record of driving continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and team capability
