Client Engagement Architect (Technology Advisory) Principal Engagement Architects at Thoughtworks are the delivery and solution leaders for AI-native advisory engagements. This role combines the responsibilities of an engagement manager, product leader, and systems thinker. Job qualifications Technical Skills You have 8-15 years of experience in consulting and strategy, with a strong background in technology and a proven transition into the advisory and strategy space. You are highly comfortable with extensive pre sales work, including pricing engagements and putting together proposals, pitch decks, RFIs, and RFQs. You are comfortable with new AI tooling, possessing the ability to design workflows around AI, evaluate the confidence of AI output, and continuously enhance your technical skills over time.
