SAP SuccessFactors Architect Job Description: Our client, a leading organisation within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced SAP Architect with a strong focus on SuccessFactors implementation to support a key transformation programme. Job Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple business functions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP architectures Oversee end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives Provide architectural guidance across integration points between SAP and third-party systems Ensure best practice standards are applied across system design, security, and data management Support programme governance through documentation, design reviews, and stakeholder engagement Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines Experience Required Minimum 8+ years' experience working within SAP environments, with a strong architectural focus Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-level HR systems Strong stakeholder management experience across both technical and non-technical audiences Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes Desirable Skills Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party platforms Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and deployment models Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and HR data structures Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Understanding of compliance and security considerations within HR systems Educational Requirements Third level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline HOW TO APPLY: If you are interested in this role, please apply for this role with your updated CV
