They are in the process of expanding their network of referral agents and as such are now looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge. You'll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key referral partners from independent garages and body shops to insurance brokers, car dealerships, fleet operators, and taxi firms. Your goal is to introduce their accident management services so that they become the trusted go-to solution when your clients customers need help after a non-fault accident. You will be tasked with identifying and approaching potential referral partners within the motor and insurance sectors, promoting the benefits of referring clients to your accident management service. This will include nurturing and growing a pipeline of active agents across your territory, delivering training and support to partners so they understand the process and feel confident referring, being tasked with hitting monthly KPIs for new partner acquisition and referral volumes. You will have the backing of a supportive team here and full training on their services and systems to help you do the job to the best of your abilities. To be considered for this role you will need proven B2B sales experience within the insurance sector, within an accident management or claims company or working for an insurer or MGA where you have managed broker relationships, with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. You will also need to be highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and a hunger and drive to grow the network. Please note a Full UK driving licence will be needed (as field-based travel is to be expected). Salary on offer is £45-70k+ performance-based commission, company car or allowance. They expect someone to ideally be able to commit to at least 2 days a week in the office.

This role involves analysing client specifications, reviewing electrical and mechanical drawings, and supporting the sales team with accurate technical proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Analyse client specifications, drawings, and tender documents to determine scope and requirements. Review electrical schematics and layout drawings. Produce proposal 2D drawings for customer review using AutoCAD (where required). Support the sales team with technically accurate and compliant proposals. Liaise directly with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Requirements Experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Proficient in reading technical drawings. Competent in Microsoft Office 365. Excellent problem-solving skills and technical curiosity. Confident communicator with a professional approach to client engagement. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in the steel manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential). Experience with diesel, gas, or hybrid generation solutions (desirable but not essential). The main focus of your role will be to:- Provide technical support for core line of business systems, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed timescales. This will involve taking the initial call/ticket and talking to users here, working out the potential issue and then moving this to the appropriate team/person. Monitor application health, data processing, and integrations to ensure uninterrupted service Investigate and resolve recurring issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams Create and update technical guides, FAQs, and support procedures to ensure consistent knowledge sharing across the support team and wider business Work with internal and external technical teams to support release cycles, perform smoke testing, and validate application updates or patches in test and production environment To be considered you will need 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Those who have some experience in roles such as 1st Line Support, Junior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or a Junior Systems Tester would be the kind of people our client are looking to speak to! Knowledge of SQL would also be advantageous.
