Our client in Sheffield have a contract Technical design lead role, the ideal candidate must have: Experience leading design and development in complex environments Strong understanding of cyber controls and secure development methodologies. Confident in technical discussions, code reviews and contributing to codebases or prototypes. Stakeholder management skills, effective communicator, able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including non technical stakeholders. Drive the design and delivery of technology solutions for Real Estate, from concept through to deployment. Architectural Vision: Develop and communicate architecture roadmaps that balance robust engineering with innovative applications, including automation and bespoke solutions across SaaS and internal platforms. Ensure all designs and solutions comply with established cyber security controls and secure development practices. Promote best practices in design and development, ensuring alignment with organizational standards while encouraging new ideas and continuous improvement.
