WHAT YOU WILL DO Communicate with end users and business stakeholders to clearly explain reported issues, impact, and recommended solutions Perform in-depth technical analysis for production incidents, including resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) Publish knowledge articles for incidents and service requests; create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Identify, debug, and troubleshoot break-fix issues through to full resolution Respond to and resolve issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) Work closely with Engineering and DevSecOps teams to support IAM and CPAM service offerings Identify recurring issues and contribute to automation, runbooks, and knowledge reuse to improve operational efficiency WHAT YOU BRING Strong domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Hands-on experience configuring and deploying one or more IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), or IBM ISIM Experience invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools like Postman Database experience, including SQL and database operations Strong hands-on scripting experience (e.g., Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy) Working knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows Prior experience with integrations, and provisioning workflows across enterprise target system Experience working with global customers and a strong customer-first mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IAM / IGA or related solutions RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SECURITY & COMPLIANCE (IF REQUIRED) If required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as: Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy Incident Response Policy/Procedures Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures Mobile Device Policy Account Management Policy Access Control Policy Personnel Security Policy Privacy Policy Saviynt is an amazing place to work. This individual will be responsible for enabling partners on saviynt products, working on development of joint solution offerings, conducting workshops to create sales plays and technical solutions. This individual will also be responsible for providing best practices and addressing feasibility related questions on integration architecture. In addition, this individual will be a contributor to partner-led Product Marketing, webinars, and blogs. The Partner Solutions Engineer will work proactively with the product management teams to understand the roadmap and influence the roadmap based on partner requirements. What you will do Acquire Saviynt product knowledge through training, applying methodology, and procedures relevant to the Partner-facing role. Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions, ease of configuration, simplicity of architecture and intelligence of workflows providing the opportunity for partner interaction and demonstrating excellent presentation skills. Effectively communicate solution value to the business and technical audiences that is clear and satisfies prospective Partner/customer requirements and inquiries. Proven track record in enabling new and existing partners/distributors. Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. Effective communication skills both verbally and written. Domain expertise - Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security preferred. Experience in the Identity Governance and Administration domain with a firm grasp of concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios is preferable. Superior communication, relationship, and partner/customer service skills that enable rapid assessment of needs and selling solutions with/through sophisticated Partners.
