About Gigs At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services-a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly. Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity-bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity. Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We're tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless. If you're driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you. Things We Care About We are building in a highly complex space and tackling a massive problem. We want people who lean in when things get hard. Speed. We move and we ship. We set bold deadlines and treat every week like it matters. Ownership. If you see something broken, fix it. We don't wait for permission. Customer Obsession. Our customers' product is our product. Ambiguity. We're building frontier technology in a complex domain. You'll need sound judgement and good instincts to make decisions without complete information. First principles. We don't ask how things have been done before. We ask why they were done that way at all. The Role As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor for our support operations. You exemplify excellence in every response - whether to a business customer or an end-user - intuitively adapting to their distinct perspectives. You do not just close the tickets assigned to you; you take ownership of a healthy queue, ensuring the entire operation runs smoothly. In this role, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex connectivity challenges that stump our Tier 1 partners. You will navigate the entire technical stack - from debugging API logs to troubleshooting live network connectivity issues for end-users. You will act as a bridge, translating technical root causes into clear solutions for customers while feeding critical insights back to our Product and Engineering teams. You ensure that when a user needs to connect, the Gigs platform delivers. This role is located in our Amsterdam hub. What You Will Do Drive Technical Resolution - Go beyond standard fixes to deconstruct complex provisioning and API failures. You will investigate the "why" behind an error to prevent it from recurring. Troubleshoot Connectivity - You will dive deep into network-related incidents. Whether it's a failed SIM activation or an outage, you will use your technical toolkit to diagnose the issue and guide customers to a resolution, building deep domain expertise along the way. Empower Tier 1 Support - Act as the safety net and mentor for our Tier 1 support team. You will unblock them on escalated tickets and provide the technical guidance they need to handle less complex issues independently. Translate & Document - You will turn technical findings into accessible documentation and clear customer communication, ensuring knowledge is shared rather than siloed. Shape the Platform - You are the customer advocate in the room with Engineering. You will use support data to champion bug fixes and feature improvements that directly enhance the Gigs API and dashboard. What We Are Looking For Technical & Customer Background - You have 2-3 years of experience in a technical role with customer-facing components. We are less concerned with job titles and more interested in your ability to bridge the gap between technology and users. Troubleshooting Toolkit - You are comfortable using tools like Postman to debug APIs and have a grasp of core technical concepts (Webhooks, REST, request tracing, etc.) to trace technical process flows. Problem-Solving Mindset - You don't just follow a runbook; you are comfortable investigating ambiguity and finding answers in a fast-changing environment. Communication Mastery - You combine strong communication skills with a technical background, allowing you to easily understand our platform and communicate complex concepts to our customers. Operational Agility - You take ownership of your queue, prioritizing urgent external requests alongside internal improvement projects without needing constant supervision. Work At Gigs At Gigs, we value in-person collaboration. We believe the best ideas, decisions, and relationships are built when teams spend meaningful time together, and our culture is designed around that belief. We support flexibility where it makes sense. Some focused work can be done remotely, and not every role or week looks the same. You should expect regular time in one of our hubs, as well as occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and Gigs Republic, our bi-annual company off-site. Our offices are designed to feel like home-inspired workspaces, with plants, thoughtful tools, and small, tight-knit teams that make collaboration feel natural, energizing, and effective. What We Offer At Gigs, we believe in rewarding excellence. We offer competitive compensation and stock options because we see you as a true partner in our growth. We also provide stipends for your home office or work setup, a budget for learning and development to fuel your career, and of course, a free phone and international data plan Want to learn more about our benefits, hubs, and what it's like to work at Gigs? About SenseOn SenseOn is an AI cybersecurity platform helping organisations gain holistic visibility and control of cyber risk. We're building an AI-first go-to-market engine that blends engineering, data, and commercial execution to create pipeline and accelerate customer outcomes. The role This is a software-leaning GTM role for someone who can build, ship, and operate. You'll expand and run internal GTM systems (agent workflows, integrations, data pipelines, and internal tools) on a modern cloud stack. You'll work closely with commercial teams to turn GTM needs into reliable, secure, measurable capabilities. We value people who enjoy end-to-end ownership - defining the problem, shipping the solution, and operating it with high standards. This role is ideal for an engineer who is excited to apply technical skills to revenue outcomes, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity. Working arrangement We're remote-first and welcome applications globally, including from South Africa. To collaborate effectively, this role requires meaningful working-hours overlap with UK time (typically 4+ hours on most weekdays). What you'll do Build and maintain internal GTM services and automations that support pipeline creation and customer workflows (e.g., routing, enrichment, scoring, orchestration, CRM write-backs). Extend and improve our internal agent stack (Apex) and the workflows that power it. Use Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini to accelerate delivery, while maintaining strong QA and correctness. Build and maintain production-grade integrations via APIs and event-driven patterns (e.g., webhooks). Create and maintain automated build/test/deploy pipelines (CI/CD) so changes ship safely and repeatably (e.g., GitHub Actions or equivalent). Improve reliability and observability (logs/metrics), and debug issues pragmatically when things break. Communicate clearly in writing: what you built, why it works, how to use it, and how to troubleshoot it. Build with a security-first mindset: least privilege, safe secrets handling, auditability, defensive defaults. What success looks like Useful GTM capabilities ship regularly and are adopted because they make work faster and higher quality. Changes land through a clean CI/CD pipeline with tests and safe deployment practices. Systems are secure, observable, and predictable (clear logs, measurable outcomes). Agent outputs are consistently high quality due to good prompting, deterministic code wherever possible, evaluation, guardrails, and QA and learning loops. What we're looking for (must-haves) Strong practical coding ability with clear evidence on GitHub (projects you built or meaningful contributions). Comfortable working with agentic coding workflows and modern coding assistants (Codex, Claude Code, Gemini) - and validating correctness. Experience building software that integrates with other systems: APIs, auth, webhooks, data handling. Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions or equivalent): automated tests, build pipelines, and deployment workflows. Familiarity with cloud-deployed services: debugging, logs/metrics, reliability basics. Clear written communication and good judgement. Security-first mindset and curiosity to learn the cybersecurity industry. Nice-to-haves Python (or another backend language) used in production. Infrastructure/deployment tooling exposure (even at a basic level). Experience building internal tools for commercial teams. Exposure to security fundamentals (IAM concepts, threat modelling, secure defaults). How to apply Please include: Link to your GitHub profile and 1-3 repos you're proud of. A brief note explaining your CI/CD setup on one of those repos (what runs on PR, what runs on merge, how deployments work). A short example of how you've used AI coding tools (what you built, and how you tested/validated it). Optional: a short technical write-up you've written (README/docs/blog) that explains a system clearly. Interview process (what to expect) Initial screen: experience, motivation, and quick technical discussion. Repo walkthrough: you'll walk us through one GitHub project, including CI/CD and trade-offs. Practical exercise: a small build task focused on correctness, security-first thinking, and clear documentation. Final conversation: alignment on ownership, communication, and growth. Benefits Competitive salary Unlimited holiday allowance Learning and development investment (certs, conferences, etc) A Mac laptop Enhanced pension Private healthcare with vitality offering rewards and discounts from Amazon Prime to Gym Membership Belong at SenseOn: At SenseOn, we define Talent as employees who are customer obsessed, pursuing excellence. They are  courageous, good people, doing good things, powering our :rocket: rocketship. If this resonates with you, then you will always belong. Nothing else matters. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any qualified employee or applicant. Difference is what makes us stronger.

Applied Engineer (Tribal Knowledge) Design and own the agent system that compiles an organization's tribal knowledge London / SF Full-time Engineering About Pavo Pavo is building Enterprise Superintelligence: compounding systems that take ownership of business outcomes and work with humans to deliver them. We believe that while foundation models are necessary, they are not sufficient. The hard problem is systems intelligence: end-to-end architectures that understand a company's code, data, and decisions, and improve themselves through experience. We are assembling a small, senior team of researchers and engineers obsessed with systems-first intelligence. Our current team consists of PhDs and ML engineers from top applied ML and coding agent companies, with a heritage of shipping systems at Spotify, ShareChat, and Sourcegraph scale. Our team has built impressive momentum with a small group of highly capable engineers and researchers. The Opportunity As an Applied Engineer at Pavo, you will design and own the agent system that compiles an organization's tribal knowledge - the body of knowledge that nobody has written down - from its own evidence: source code, structured data, internal documents, and conversations. You'll work hands-on at the level of agent architecture, pipeline design, and the production surface that turns a generative system into one customers can depend on. You'll partner closely with the Applied Scientist on instrumentation - but the system itself is yours. It is the most consequential thing we build, and idea to production is days. This is a senior, individual-contributor role. Everyone on the team joins as a Member of Technical Staff - with the scope, autonomy, and end-to-end ownership that title implies. What You'll Build Hierarchical Agent Architecture: Design how a main agent coordinates sub-agents, tools, and skills - deciding where deterministic scaffolding beats prompting and where prompting is the right tool. This decomposition is the single biggest determinant of whether a generative knowledge system is dependable. The Synthesis Pipeline: Own the multi-stage system that turns heterogeneous private evidence into a verifiable knowledge artifact - with the checkpoints, retries, fallbacks, and structured outputs that production reliability requires. Deployment & Rollout: Build scheduled regeneration, quality and reliability gates, blue/green rollout, and customer-facing version control of compiled knowledge artifacts. Treat each release with the seriousness it deserves. Observability & Debuggability: Structured traces of agent runs, replay/debug tooling, cost and latency budgets, and regression detection on releases. A multi-stage agent run must be debuggable by someone who didn't initiate it. Reliability as a First-Class Property: Treat run-to-run variance as a defect class equal to incorrectness, and build the engineering practice that reduces it. Eval & CI Infrastructure: Reproducible, automated evaluation that feeds signal back into the deploy loop - complementary to the experimental harness on the science side. What We Are Looking For We are looking for an engineer who has shipped dependable production systems and is hungry to do it at the edge of what current agentic frameworks can do. Core Qualifications Senior Track Record: 8+ years building and operating production systems, including a stretch where you owned a major system or platform area end-to-end and were the engineer others came to for the hard problems. Production Engineering Chops: You ship Python systems that other engineers want to extend; you write tests that catch real bugs; you have opinions about structure, dependency boundaries, and what belongs in a library versus an application. Hands On with an Agentic Framework: Depth with at least one - Anthropic tool use, OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent - including its sharp edges, not just its happy path. We have no preference for which; we strongly prefer that you've been bitten by one. Strong Opinions on Agent Architecture: When to use a single-context agent versus decompose into sub agents. Where deterministic code beats prompting, and how to tell which before the third refactor. What a tool is, what a skill is, and where the line is. Deployment Pipelines for ML/LLM Systems: Experience designing and operating rollout, gating, observability, on call posture, and regression detection. Comfort with Reliability Work: The unglamorous work that turns a flaky agent into a dependable one - async Python, structured outputs, retries with sensible idempotency, and the long tail of "why did this run produce a different answer." Pragmatism About Prompts: A hard won sense of what's prompt tunable and what isn't. You've earned this opinion at least once. Preferred Qualifications Built or maintained an LLM evaluation harness in production. Familiarity with retrieval / IR systems and the engineering of large-context pipelines. Distributed systems background - workflow engines (Temporal / Airflow / Prefect), queues, and observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Honeycomb). Open source contributions to agentic frameworks, eval tooling, or workflow orchestration. Why Join Us Architecture Defining Work: The system you design becomes the substrate for everything we ship downstream. Short Loop: Work directly with the Applied Scientist on instrumentation and with the founders on platform direction. Idea to production is days. Real Ownership: Genuine ownership in a small, technically deep team. Your name will be on the system. Foundational Space: The private knowledge layer will reshape how AI agents operate inside organizations; the engineering problems sit at the edge of what current agentic frameworks can do well. Pavo is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
