We are currently hiring for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a reputable recruitment business specialising in the industrial sector. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and business development not necessarily within recruitment but within B2B Sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across the industrial recruitment market. The role involves working closely with the recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions to clients across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and production sectors within Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Leicestershire.
