Systems Engineer Diss, Norfolk Hybrid Working Up to 65,000 + Benefits An established engineering business based in Diss is looking to appoint a Systems Engineer to support the development of advanced electronic, instrumentation and sensing products used within demanding, high-performance engineering environments. This is a hands-on engineering role offering the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with electronics, software and test teams to deliver robust and reliable technical solutions. Responsibilities Define and manage system requirements Support system architecture and product development activities Integrate hardware and software systems Plan and execute testing and validation activities Investigate and resolve technical issues through structured root cause analysis Support verification and validation programmes Work closely with electronics, software and test engineers Liaise with customers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements Support product releases and continuous improvement initiatives About You Applications are welcomed from engineers with experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems Engineering Electrical & Electronic Integration Controls Engineering Electronics Development Vehicle Systems Product Validation Software Integration Diagnostics & Fault Finding Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: CAN, LIN or other communication networks Requirements management Verification & Validation Hardware / Software Integration Root Cause Analysis Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence or other complex engineering sectors What's on Offer Salary up to 65,000 Hybrid working Exposure to advanced electronic and instrumentation products Broad engineering role with genuine technical ownership Opportunity to work across hardware, software and systems Stable and growing engineering environment Based in Diss, Norfolk If you're an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and working across multiple engineering disciplines, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
