Java Developer - Front Office Risk Technology London | Hybrid | Financial Services We're partnering with a leading financial services firm seeking a Java Developer with 2-5 years' experience to join their Front Office Risk Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working on business-critical applications, collaborating directly with risk stakeholders and gaining exposure to Front Office trading environments. You'll be involved in the development, enhancement and support of risk platforms, working on high-impact systems that support key business decisions. What We're Looking For Strong commercial Java development experience (2-5 years). Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot . Experience within financial services, banking, trading or capital markets . Exposure to Risk systems, Risk technology or Risk platforms . Experience working closely with business users, risk teams, traders or quants. AWS knowledge (ECS, Lambda, S3 or similar) is highly desirable Understanding of CI/CD, testing and modern software engineering practices. Ideal Candidate Candidates are likely to come from a background similar to developers who have worked on trading, pricing, market data or risk applications within financial services.
