An exciting opportunity to join an expanding MSP to play a key role in their Network and Systems Support team. You will be Comp TIA Network+ (or similar) certified with a strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure/365) and ITIL principles. A strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls etc) as well proven skills in Widows Server, Virtualisation, Replication and back-up is required as an awareness of monitoring tools such as ConnectWise RRM, LogicMonitor or similar. You will be responsible for troubleshooting server performance, network connectivity and application service issues and dealing with escalations from the 1st line team. Strong communication skills and demonstrative experience of Incident Management practices are essential for this role. You will also be responsible for the technical oversight, implementation, and architecture management of various SaaS platforms used across the business. The successful candidate will lead cloud migration initiatives, ensure the reliability and performance of key platforms, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid cloud environment. You will be a self-starter. Our client seeks a QA Software Developer in Test who will be responsible for ensuring the robustness of quality gates at every stage of the SDLC through assisting the Developers to produce well-tested features and conducting exploratory testing to find edge cases. As a QA Software Developer in Test you maintain and improve the existing test infrastructure and champion quality inside and outside the engineering team. Candidates will be tasked with raising quality at every step of the process. Use their expertise to "shift-left" the quality gates as much as possible to improve the delivery of the whole team. Assist the developers and mediate between them and the product team to establish valid and complete specifications for the features they are working on. Work with the developers to enhance and strengthen tests relevant to their new feature as early as possible through grooming sessions, test-code reviews and exploratory testing. To be considered you will have domain experience in Finance, ideally hedge funds and/or regulatory technologies. Able to fluently read OO languages like C# (but Java/C++/Ruby are also good). Experience of Unit testing frameworks (nUnit, jUnit, TestNG, etc.). Up-to-date with SPA Front-End testing technologies like Jest, React-test-library, Karma+protractor, etc… for both Desktop apps and Mobile Apps. Experience in end-to-end test frameworks like Selenium/Webdriver, Cypress, etc. You will inspire the whole team to care about quality, and when justified, resist external pressures to deliver prematurely. Be a role model for more junior QAs and developers. Measure the progress of testing efforts by using tools such as SonarQube. Our client seeks a SAP S4 Systems Analyst with both functional and configuration experience in the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules of SAP. Experience of EH&S will be a benefit too. You will be responsible for providing first line support for the business with issues experienced in these modules. Analysing current processes and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements. As part of the role you will support any project work that may be taking place in this area, and manage the Application Management Support (AMS) team where issues were escalated to them. Management of EH&S issues, either through own knowledge or by creating tickets on AMS. Training in EH&S can be arranged to broaden skillset. Key duties include providing first line support to the business to ensure effective running of the PP and QM processes. Analysing change requests submitted by the business. Configure, document and test any changes that may be required due to change requests or issue resolution. Have regular contact with the business to identify areas of improvement. Work with other functional experts in the team to ensure swift issue resolution and seamless integration between functional modules. Keep up to date with new developments in SAP and present this to the business where applicable. You must be self-starting and self-reliant with a demonstrable passion for business improvement through technology. You must have the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, with operational staff and with (IT) technical staff. Experience training staff and influencing them to adopt best practice solutions. The ability to speak European languages such as French, German would be a benefit but not essential.
