To be successful in this role you will have at least 2-3 years working within an MSP on the service desk and at least 12 months as a 2nd line engineer. You will have excellent customer service and telephone skills, demonstrable trouble shooting and diagnostic skills both hardware and software specifically (but not exclusively) with the following.
