The Role As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with recruitment businesses across the UK. Working with agency owners, Recruitment Directors, Operations Managers and Compliance professionals, you will introduce a comprehensive workforce compliance solution designed to simplify and strengthen candidate onboarding processes. The platform supports: Right to Work verification Identity and eligibility checks Referencing and employment history validation DBS and background screening Contractor onboarding and document management Compliance monitoring and audit reporting Candidate lifecycle management Regulatory compliance and risk mitigation Using a combination of telephone engagement, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns and outbound prospecting, you will generate high-quality sales opportunities and secure appointments for product demonstrations.
