Supply Chain Product Owner (D365) - Yeovil / Hybrid £70,000-£80,000 + 20% Bonus + Up To 14% Pension We're exclusively partnering with a major UK retail brand to find a Supply Chain Product Owner to join their Core Technology team as they build out their Dynamics 365 platform. This is a genuinely exciting one. The business is mid-implementation, not post go-live, so you'll be joining at the point where decisions are still being shaped and your input will really make a difference. You'll own the product road map and backlog for the Supply Chain domain, working closely with senior stakeholders (we're talking board level) to turn complex requirements into clear, value-led outcomes. What they're looking for: You don't need a retail background. What matters far more is real, evidenced experience in supply chain or logistics, whether that's FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution. You'll need to have actually done the job, not just studied the theory. Multi-region or larger enterprise experience is a strong plus, and D365 exposure is highly desirable but not essential if your supply chain and product ownership experience is strong. Whether you've come from an implementation partner background or you're sat inside an end-user business right now, both are welcome. What counts is being able to speak with authority and back up what you say with real examples. You'll need to be a self-starter who's comfortable leading your own space. This is a lean team doing a lot, so there's real ownership on offer, but also real pace. What's in it for you: Discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% 33 days' holiday, with the option to buy more Up to 14% employer pension contribution Life cover up to 4x salary Health cash plan and discounted gym membership Flexible start and end times around core hours EV car scheme 20% staff discount The details: Salary: £70,000-£80,000 depending on experience Location: Yeovil, Somerset, with a minimum of once a fortnight onsite (more frequently for the first couple of months while you settle in) Permanent, full time Hybrid working, with occasional access to a Paddington office for team days Why this one's worth a conversation: You'll be joining a fantastic, fast-growing Core Technology team at an exciting point in its journey. There's a huge amount still to shape here, and your experience and ideas will genuinely help influence how the team and the wider product function evolve. It's a lean, high-performing team with a great deal of trust and autonomy, backed by coaching and mentoring to help you settle in and thrive. On top of a flexible, inclusive culture and a strong benefits package, you'll get real ownership and the chance to work closely with senior leaders across the business, shaping decisions that matter from day one. D365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect (Associate Director) UK Wide / Hybrid / £90,000-£120,000 DOE / London / Bristol / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Manchester This role isn't for a Technical Lead who wants a bigger title. It's for someone who's already operating as a trusted advisor across multiple clients, who thinks beyond the current project, and who wants a genuine hand in building a practice, not just delivering inside one. You'll join a Big 4 firm's D365 F&O practice at a point where architecture leadership, capability building and commercial input all matter as much as technical depth. If you've been the person quietly setting standards, building reusable assets, and shaping how a team delivers, not just what it delivers, this is where that gets recognised and expanded, backed by the platform, client base and genuinely inclusive culture of a global consultancy. What you'll actually be doing Owning enterprise architecture across multiple client engagements, not one long-running programme Shaping delivery methodology, governance and reusable frameworks that raise the bar practice-wide Advising clients at a strategic level, connecting technology decisions directly to business and transformation outcomes Bringing Azure, Power Platform, Dual Write, Fabric, Synapse and AI into the architecture conversation as standard, not as an add-on Contributing to business growth: supporting sales pursuits, spotting market opportunities, and building client relationships beyond the current statement of work Mentoring architects and technical leads, and helping build the practice's capability as it scales What sets the right candidate apart Proven experience as a consultant or implementation partner, not solely an end-client resource A track record across multiple clients or industries, not one long engagement Evidence you've built something for the practice, standards, accelerators, governance models, capability, not just delivered a project Comfort operating at executive level, translating architecture into business language Deep D365 F&O technical grounding (X , .NET, integrations, extensions) as the baseline, not the whole story Nice to have: MB-500/MB-700, and experience presenting architecture decisions to boards or senior leadership, not just project sponsors. What's in it for you A genuine route to Director and beyond, with promotion and pay reviewed annually against clear, transparent criteria Access to flagship clients and transformation programmes across one of the world's largest professional services networks, exactly the multi-client exposure this role is looking for A flexible benefits package you can shape around your life, including the option to buy extra annual leave Structured leadership development alongside your delivery work, not instead of it Hybrid and flexible working built in, not treated as an exception A workplace that backs inclusion in practice, not just policy, with active networks and support for people from all backgrounds to progress into senior roles If your experience is genuinely at this level, you'll recognise yourself in this straight away. If you're a strong technical lead who hasn't yet had the platform to operate at practice level, we'd still love to hear from you, just for a different conversation.
