What You'll Be Doing As a Graduate Application Engineer, you'll be at the heart of helping customers across the Oil & Gas, D fense and general industrial manufacturing sectors find the right technical solutions for their needs. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate, competitive quotations and technical proposals Interpreting customer requirements and converting them into engineering solutions Working closely with engineering, production, and project teams Providing technical input to support the external sales team Building positive, lasting relationships with customers Working across a variety of bespoke industrial products and engineered systems This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative problem-solving and wants to develop deep technical expertise. The Sales Director is looking to attract into the team a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will continue to drive growth strategy. Identifying new business opportunities, enhancing sales operations, and building strong relationships with key accounts will be the main focus for the BDM. Within the role of Business Development Manager, responsibilities will be to: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and products/services. Develop and implement strategies to reach new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored proposals.
