Senior Salesforce System Administrator Overview We are looking for a Senior Salesforce System Administrator to lead the management and optimisation of a Salesforce-based Funding Platform. This role focuses on improving system performance, data quality and reporting, while providing expert support across Salesforce applications including CRM, Funding, Contracts and Funding Finance. You will act as the senior lead for funding data reporting and monitoring, working closely with technical colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to meet organisational needs. This role will focus on establishing the new BTP landscape, ensuring all required services and integrations are properly configured to support UK HMRC tax submission processes. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and provision SAP BTP Multi-Cloud accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, and service plans. Lead the technical migration from SAP Document & Reporting Compliance Services (Neo) to the Cloud Edition (Multi-Cloud). This role blends hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership, acting as the bridge between business requirements, technical delivery teams, and client stakeholders.
