This vibrant and expanding company are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the CEO in this exciting phase of their expansion. , The Company is an end-to-end digital solution organisation. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions - gathering requirements, analysing processes, and delivering actionable insights that help guide product development and business strategy. The development team are based overseas in South Africa and Thailand, with the CTO and a systems manager/UAT person being the only UK based part of the team. This role is key in that it will be a senior and key member of the development team which will include architecture and strategy decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability • Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to support product development lifecycle • Be a key part of the architecture and strategic planning for the future SaaS solution. • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support strategic decision making • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards for business performance monitoring • Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and test cases • Support QA and UAT processes to ensure the product meets business needs • Support the business with release management and scheduling - which may be out of hours on occasions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or startup environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with tools that we use, such as JIRA, Slack, My SQL, MIRO, Embeddable, Tevor.io, Azure Pipeline, GCP, image management software, video streaming. • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts (APIs, Array's, databases, etc.) Nice to Have: • Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset • Knowledge of UX/UI principles • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms What They Offer: • Competitive salary and possible future equity options • Flexible work environment • Opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing company • Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies • Collaborative, learning-focused culture
