Preferred Qualification and Experience Successful completion of an accredited technology diploma program, undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science or work experience equivalent (preferred) Preferably 5-8 years of experience in test development Preferably 2 years of experience leading a small team Knowledge of networked applications and systems, knowing where they can break and know how to test for quality, performance and resilience. Working knowledge of building controls, control theory, and electronics is an asset. Comprehensive knowledge of testing methods and procedures. Well developed troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
