We're actively recruiting for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support the sales teams' opportunities in securing new wins, acting as the technical authority, and designing profitable and effective solutions for our clients. Your passion for technical consultancy, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration and "can-do" attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help: 1-5 years' experience in a similar role (ISP sector background ideal but not mandatory). Demonstrable experience or certifications: CWS, CCNA, NSE 1-3. Product knowledge: Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Adtran, Nokia. Technology knowledge: WAN/LAN/WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP, Firewalls, Security, PON, IoT, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware). Experience with HLD creation, network design tools (Visio, Lucid, Ekahau), and Microsoft Office suite. A typical day might include: Collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the solutions sales cycle. Providing technical consultancy and presales support for bids and tenders. Creating high-level designs for networks, security, wireless, IoT, and VOIP systems. Building proposals and Bills of Materials for solutions. Conducting and coordinating pre-sales site surveys and activities. Supporting product and marketing teams with new product introductions.
