We are looking for a Technology & Data Business Analyst to join us on the HARP Project, based in Manchester. Business analysis or related certification. Significant business analysis experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Self Starter, goal oriented, able to plan and prioritise workloads and hit the ground running. Experience of working with BAs and procurement teams, requirements analysis and process improvement. Proficient in Project Management, Agile, Risk management. Awareness of ISO27001 and Data Protection Act. AI platforms and workflows (desired, not required). Business requirements management Lead project and division level business requirements activities, proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimisation. Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels, fostering informed debate, alignment, and data driven decision making. Ensuring clarity of objectives and manage competing priorities. Translate complex business challenges into scalable, future proof solutions. Create compelling business cases to demonstrate value. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor and senior liaison between business owners, stakeholders, and technology teams, helping stakeholders to come to agreement over competing demands. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business users, subject matter experts (SMEs), delivery teams, and suppliers. Delivery Working closely with cross functional and software deployment teams to ensure successful delivery. Own end to end solution validation, leading UAT strategy, risk identification, and quality assurance to ensure outputs exceed business expectations. Drive the development of structured delivery roadmaps and implementation plans in partnership with business leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Business Improvement Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analysing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation or process redesign opportunities, mapping as is and to be processes. Critically assess existing documentation, systems, and interfaces to drive standardisation, improved governance, and enhanced operational efficiency. Lead the design and enhancement of executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to support performance monitoring and strategic insights. Establish reporting standards and act as the escalation point for complex analytical requests, ensuring timely and high quality insight delivery.
