Deliver standards for availability, latency, performance, capacity, and scalability. Champion blameless post mortem culture and ensure actions are tracked and closed. Partner with SRE, Operations and Service Desk teams to deliver service. Oversee automated patching, vulnerability remediations, and configuration compliance. Occasional travel to offices to ensure projects and service meets business requirements. You will ideally have M365 migration experience from on prem and Tenant to Tenant, ideally within large or matrixed environments. Strong, practical knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and operations beyond task execution. Hands on skills with PowerShell. Knowledge of networking, security, and OS fundamentals (Windows / Linux). Experience operating in ISO27001 or similar regulated environments. Experience integrating with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) and aligning with ITIL processes. Strong Project Management experience with managing large projects within an enterprise environment.
