Chair multi-agency meetings and making decisions linked to a thorough understanding of safeguarding thresholds. To be successful in this role you will need; Hold a DIPSW or equivalent qualification and are registered with Social Work EnglandasaqualifiedSocialWorker. Substantial experience managingthedeliveryofqualityoutcomesforchildrenand youngpeople. Passionateaboutthedevelopmentofothers. Qualifications Hold a DIPSW or equivalent qualification and are registered with Social Work England as a qualified Social Worker. Substantial experience managing the delivery of quality outcomes for children and young people. Passionate about the development of others. Experience of working with all service user groups and with service users from minority ethnic groups. Experience of interpreting and applying the law relating to children and/or to adult services. Experience of child protection, childcare work and issues arising. Experience of tackling the most complex needs with enthusiasm, drive, and determination.
