A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Architect to join their client's Data & Enterprise Architecture team. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and optimising Workday integrations and reporting architectures, ensuring data flows are efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs. Responsibilities: Lead the design of Workday integration and solution architecture. Deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant integration solutions. Design and implement data and reporting architectures to support BI and analytics. Provide technical governance, testing oversight, and optimisation. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical or Solution Architect in Workday. Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, PECI, Core Connectors). End-to-end Workday implementation experience. Experience designing data and reporting architectures. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Consulting experience is a plus.
