This platform will serve as a o ne-stop shop for traders, providing actionable risk and P&L insights with AI-powered intelligence and a seamless, high-performance user experience across desktop and mobile. What you should do: Design & Development Lead Front End development of the Risk Cockpit with a heavy emphasis on UX/U I for professional trading environments. Build dynamic, AI-integrated interfaces that turn complex market data into actionable decisions. Implement a Real Time Embedded chat assistant capable of contextual news delivery and natural-language queries User Experience Translate trader workflows into intuitive, high-speed, data-rich visualizations that explain P&L movements and risk spikes. Ensure cross-platform consistency across desktop and mobile. Collaboration Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and trading desk stakeholders to refine requirements from PoC to MVP. Required Skills & Experience T echnical Strong expertise in modern Front End frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and Real Time data visualization libraries (eg, D3.js, Highcharts, Plotly). UKG Kronos Consultant (WFM) London (Greenwich) hybrid position 3-days on-site This role involves managing and supporting my client's workforce management systems, including UKG Pro WFM and Passport. You'll be responsible for system configuration, user support, and collaboration with various departments to ensure their systems run smoothly and meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions) modules, including Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics. Integrate and support the Passport application for crew planning and scheduling in field service organizations. Collaborate with departments like HR and IT to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Perform system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Dimensions and Passport users. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users. Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices, including KEDB (Known Error Database) documentation. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for both UKG Dimensions and Passport. We are onboarding part time SAP consultants with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in their respective modules. Strong communication skills and expertise are essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective ticket handling. SAP Success Factors Key Responsibilities Review and claim SAP OSS tickets on the ODA platform based on priority and creation time. Exercise caution when claiming tickets older than 1.5 hours to avoid SLA violations (Refer to SLA Table Annexure B). Follow SAP response templates for all communications. Re-route unclaimable tickets with a clear reason for re-routing. Ensure strict adherence to SLA compliance at all times. After responding to a ticket, mark it as waiting on customer action. Monitor customer replies closely and respond promptly to avoid SLA breaches. Maintain a daily minimum handling of 3- 5 tickets (minimum 25 tickets per week ).
