Senior Embedded Software Engineer Cellular / DSP Bedfordshire Hybrid This is an engineering team where decisions aren t pushed up the chain they re made by the people doing the work. The structure is flat. The expectation is ownership. And the engineers here don t just build systems they shape how they re built. You ll be working on live wireless systems , taking real cellular signals and making them usable in unpredictable environments. Not simulations. Not ideal conditions. Real-world RF problems that need solving properly. The Role You ll operate across the embedded stack, with the freedom to approach problems properly not within rigid boundaries: Embedded C firmware development Cellular protocol layers (MAC / RLC) DSP implementation where needed Integration with RF hardware, DSPs and FPGA platforms You won t be siloed. You ll work directly with RF, hardware, FPGA and DSP engineers to solve system-level challenges. The Environment A 20-person engineering team spanning RF, DSP, FPGA, hardware and software.
