Our tech stack We use React, Typescript and GraphQL in the Front End through to mostly C# in the Back End plus a bit of Node.js, using a loosely coupled service architecture hosted on GCP. We are not without some technical debt and proactively manage a roadmap to reduce it, for example moving to Infrastructure as code. We use CI and CD with GitHub Actions deploying into GCP and Firebase. Our team We are a growing product development team, currently 15 of us. We're serious about tech, but we don't take ourselves too seriously, we are fun and informal. We are spiritually agile but do not follow any strict methodology. However, we are always looking to improve and this includes a commitment to training. Who are you? You strive to set high standards and are always looking to raise the bar and want to be surrounded by others who do so as well. You want to own it; taking responsibility and accountability for the outcomes of your effort and your team, you have a drive for self improvement. Technically you are an experienced Javascript developer who has kept up to date with the latest improvements to the language. Experience with React and Typescript are preferable, but we won't hold it against you if you've got transferable knowledge in comparable frameworks. GraphQL, Node.js and experience working with GCP is an added bonus, but a willingness to get stuck in and learn is more important on that front. Benefits - Warm and friendly team - Benchmarked salaries - 25 days annual leave - 5% employer pension contribution - Buy and sell holiday facility - Healthcare plan - Employee Assistance Programme with one to one support available - Company bonus scheme - Cycle to work scheme - Company funded training
