We are recruiting for a fully remote, highly experienced, C#/VB.NET/MySQL developer with strong web technology experience for a 6-month contract. The role is to support and maintain an enterprise level property CRM, covering front and Back Office functions for sales and lettings as well as maintain and update the agency website as the sole developer. We have a recent acquisition that uses bespoke systems written over the last 15 years with early code in VB.NET and more recent code (in the last 5 years) in C#. The Front End website uses bootstrap/jQuery/AngularJS. There is unlikely to be major functionality change on the applications and the website will require some minor changes to bring in line with the rest of the business. The 6-month goal is to migrate this business onto the main line of business systems so data extraction will also be part of the responsibilities. There is a small possibility that the business may continue to use the systems past 6 months so there may be a longer-term requirement with the potential to setup a small team and become team lead. There will be a steep learning curve with minimal existing documentation and limited access to the original developer. IT Technical Support Engineer / Software Support Analyst required for my client based in Liss, near Petersfield for a permanent role paying £18-22k My client offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week at home) You will need own transport. You will be working as part of a team within the operations department, you will be providing support to a large client base through email and on the telephone. Your role will involve working closely with other departments including Sales, R&D and Development as well as speaking with clients and 3rd party suppliers. Day to day responsibilities will include: • Working alongside the existing Support team to respond and resolve support tickets within SLAs. • Aid the Implementation Consultants by assisting where necessary on implementations, following up with IT and clients as required and take part / lead in client training. Full training will be provided, however an interest or base knowledge in databases and SQL would be advantageous. Ideal Candidates will have the following: • Experience of working within Technical Support • Interest in Coding and database management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
