We are recruiting for a fully remote, highly experienced, C#/VB.NET/MySQL developer with strong web technology experience for a 6-month contract. The role is to support and maintain an enterprise level property CRM, covering front and Back Office functions for sales and lettings as well as maintain and update the agency website as the sole developer. We have a recent acquisition that uses bespoke systems written over the last 15 years with early code in VB.NET and more recent code (in the last 5 years) in C#. The Front End website uses bootstrap/jQuery/AngularJS. There is unlikely to be major functionality change on the applications and the website will require some minor changes to bring in line with the rest of the business. The 6-month goal is to migrate this business onto the main line of business systems so data extraction will also be part of the responsibilities. There is a small possibility that the business may continue to use the systems past 6 months so there may be a longer-term requirement with the potential to setup a small team and become team lead. There will be a steep learning curve with minimal existing documentation and limited access to the original developer. There is an existing development team at who are responsible for company websites, client portals, internal application for the group built using Laravel that you would be part of reporting to the Director of Software. IT Support Technician / IT Service Desk Analyst required for my client based near Basingstoke for a permanent role paying £24-26k You will be providing a mix of remote, face to face and phone support to a number of internal users. Job Duties IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users. Identify, recommend, develop, and organise the implementation of help sheets, guides, and end user training etc. Identify, recommend, and develop how-to and general system documentation to share knowledge with, and support, the IT Service Desk team. Troubleshoot, or organise repair when necessary, for IT equipment. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software and hardware. Track user inventory and status for desktop hardware and software throughout the Group. Maintain stock of IT equipment and accessories, purchase new or replacement equipment and parts, as necessary. Assist in identifying, analysing, and monitoring trends with requests and incidents. Escalate incidents and requests where appropriate and necessary to the Group IT Service Desk Supervisor. IT Service Desk Skills Strong understanding of Windows Desktop Environments and AD. Experience supporting Windows desktop and peripherals environment.
