Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions where required. Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, permits, and quality documentation. Ensure all plant, equipment, and workforce are compliant and operating safely. Promote best practice and lead by example to maintain a positive safety culture on site.
