A lead telecom provider is looking for Senior API Engineers to work on a Greenfield project, completely transforming customer experience. As a Senior API Engineer with strong Java experience, you are a critical member of engineering team - you will be responsible for building, deploying and maintaining Restful APIs to support digital experience, you will be a leading edge of development and mentor a team of developers. What we need from you: 5 years experience using TDD in Java Confident in designing microservices architecture Experienced in using agile methodologies Hands on experience with continuous integration and deployment strategies Knowledge of web security Knowledge of Kubernetes DevOps Strong background with automated testing Big bonus if you have experience with a major eCommerce platform (Elastic Path, Commerce Tools, SFCC), Node.js, Python, can produce API specs and have knowledge of deploying web acceleration techniques (eg caching) Start date ASAP 3 months initially (extremely likely to be extended) Fully remote working options Competitive daily rate, inside IR35 Please, get in touch with me if you want to apply for one of these positions!
