We are recruiting for a Junior Product Change Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using SAP and a keen eye for detail to support the management of product data and engineering changes across the business. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring product changes are implemented efficiently throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain and update product master data within SAP. Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, production versions and technical specifications. Assess and implement product changes within SAP. Ensure product data is accurate, complete and consistent across all systems. Support new product introductions by preparing and maintaining SAP master data. Work closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to coordinate product updates. Assist with technical product information, sustainability data, packaging information and product documentation. Maintain product images and technical drawings within SAP. Identify and resolve data discrepancies. Support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety procedures. Carry out any additional duties required to support the wider business. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and enjoys working with technical data. Essential Previous experience using SAP in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Minimum of 2 years' experience within a manufacturing environment. Degree in Production Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Desirable Understanding of technical or electrical products. Experience maintaining ERP master data. Knowledge of product lifecycle or engineering change processes.
