I am recruiting for an Information Governance Officer to be based in Norwich. There will also be some travel to other client sites. The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. As the Information Governance Assurance Officer you will assure that the clients information governance policies and supporting processes across the organisation, collectively provide adequate and cost-effective information governance outcomes including all identified IG risks. The role will also support the development and assurance of risk-based controls and management approaches to maintain the safety, confidentiality, and privacy of the information assets. You must have experience of managing Information Governance risk-based improvement programmes within the NHS. Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments. Experience of developing Information Governance policies and processes in a complex environment where confidential information is stored.
