The post holder must hold the following: Hold a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline. An appropriate teaching qualification (minimum train the trainer). Recent industrial experience of Engineering. Experience teaching and assessing Mathematics and Science courses and Programmes up to and including City and Guilds Level 3. Experience of delivering dynamic, creative and innovative learning experiences. Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and customers at all levels (internal and external). A strong sense of purpose and proven experience of exceeding goals. The ability to meet delivery targets. Excellent ICT Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.  It is desirable for the post holder to have: Experience of Mathematics and Science in the shipbuilding or offshore environment. Experience of verifying Mathematics and Science courses. Experience of delivering City and Guilds qualifications.
