The Saudi British Centre for Education and Development (SBC) is a leading provider of English Language educational services. Ever since it was established in 1997, it has developed strategic partnerships with leading national and international educational institutions to provide the best ESL curricula that are benchmarked to International Tests like the IELTS and TOEFL as well as being aligned to the Common European Framework for teaching and learning (CEFR). With such capabilities, we have been able to successfully accomplish a number of projects for different universities, government and private sector institutions in addition to our ongoing programs for individuals in our centres across the Kingdom.

The post holder must hold the following: Hold a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) discipline. An appropriate teaching qualification (minimum train the trainer). Recent industrial experience of Engineering. Experience teaching and assessing Mathematics and Science courses and Programmes up to and including City and Guilds Level 3. Experience of delivering dynamic, creative and innovative learning experiences. Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and customers at all levels (internal and external). A strong sense of purpose and proven experience of exceeding goals. The ability to meet delivery targets. Excellent ICT Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. It is desirable for the post holder to have: Experience of Mathematics and Science in the shipbuilding or offshore environment. Experience of verifying Mathematics and Science courses.
