Interim Creative Designer Rate: 25.96 per hour Length of contract: 8 weeks We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our busy communications team on an interim basis to provide sickness cover. This is a great opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for digital design and visual storytelling. You will create engaging, high-quality content across digital and print channels, including graphics, photography, infographics, animation, video and other multimedia assets. Supporting corporate communications, campaigns and key priorities, you will help deliver visually compelling content that is accessible, on-brand and aligned with organisational objectives. The role involves managing design projects from brief to delivery, advising colleagues on design requirements, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and acting as a brand guardian to ensure all creative outputs meet corporate branding and accessibility standards. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high-quality creative design content and materials for both online and offline channels Supporting key communications campaigns and corporate communications activity Creating engaging visual content that supports storytelling, key messages and organisational priorities Delivering digital-first design across web, email and social media channels Producing graphics, infographics, gifs, animation, video and other multimedia content Ensuring all outputs are consistent with corporate brand and accessibility guidelines Providing design advice, consultancy and support to colleagues and managers Managing design projects, including briefs, schedules, workflow and delivery Working with external designers, printers, photographers, illustrators and copywriters where required Supporting reputation management by identifying and advising on design-related issues that could affect public perception Keeping up to date with developments in design, digital communications and visual content Essential experience and skills: Experience in a similar creative design role Experience of creating creative design content and materials for use online and offline Experience of producing design work for campaigns and communications plans Knowledge of best practice in graphic design Skills to create images, graphics, infographics, gifs, animation and video Experience of delivering creative design within communications teams in large and complex organisations Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment where excellent judgement is required What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now. Business Analyst Rate: 350 to 400 per day Contract: Interim We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation portfolio within a large public sector organisation. This role will suit a confident and self-sufficient BA who is able to work independently across a varied portfolio of change activities, engaging with senior stakeholders, services and project teams to gather requirements, analyse complex information and support the delivery of meaningful business improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and interpreting data, developing clear performance and benefits reporting, and producing Power BI dashboards that support effective decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with operational services, project and programme leads, and senior stakeholders to define requirements, assess current processes, identify areas for improvement and present complex information in a clear and accessible way. Key responsibilities The Business Analyst will provide analytical and business change support across the transformation portfolio, working with services to understand current processes, capture and prioritise business requirements, and support the development of future operating models. You will use data gathering, analysis and interpretation to identify key issues, risks, benefits and opportunities for improvement, producing high-quality reports, dashboards, briefing materials and presentations to inform decision-making.The role will also involve working with stakeholders to map processes, facilitate workshops, assessing the impact of proposed changes and supporting the implementation of new ways of working. You will be expected to translate complex information into clear insights, helping services to understand performance, monitor benefits and make evidence-based decisions.
