Responsibilities Received scheduled work packs from the PSO and Service Support Manager To understand end to end network design and configuration, performance and resilience optimisation and also problem diagnoses and resolution Responsible for the design & survey of wireless networks (FWA & Wi-Fi) Responsible for the installation and commission of wireless networks - Unlicensed Band 2.4GHz to 5.8Ghz, Licensed Band 6GHz to 38GHz, E-Band & V-Band 60GHz & 80GHz (not limited to). Design, Configuration and Installation of Switch and Router infrastructures Keep Van precise stock management of company owned Vans Experience 3+ years experience in a similar role Understanding of networking devices and topologies. Knowledge of wireless networking, microwave radio, Ethernet and fibre. Knowledge of Microsoft software and services. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight SLAs Ability to produce survey and site visit reports to a high quality Ability to work at height Full clean driving license. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between contractors, customers, and internal departments while maintaining quality and compliance. This role operates as a key part of the Mission Control team - the 'save-the-day' function within the customer connections delivery process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer connections and surveys are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Acting as the first line of support you will handle daily queries and resolve issues raised by field engineers and customers to keep projects on track and minimise downtime. Responsibilities Manage a daily workstack of connections Manage the contractor to ensure connections and surveys are completed to standards Daily driving of on the day connections and surveys Conduct pre-checks on scheduled connections for the previous, current, and upcoming weeks to ensure readiness and address any potential issues in advance. You will be required to work 50/50 split between site and home. Responsibilities Design and develop embedded software solutions for innovative measurement devices for the power industry. Bring up firmware on new hardware platforms designed in-house. Implement software modules to facilitate communication with cloud services from embedded devices.
