A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment. Desirable Exposure (through coursework or projects) to BI tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or similar. Basic knowledge of ETL processes or data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages. Understanding of IT support environments or ticketing systems.
