MUST HAVE Configuration manager within a financial background Service Now Experience Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with senior and external regulatory personnel Proven management skills and experience in various roles, (eg technology and business operations) leading dynamic organizations 10+ years (or equivalent experience) of proven and progressive experience incorporating service management principles and asset/config management in particular 5+ years (or equivalent experience) managing Technology Service Management teams and processes Ability to make recommendations to upper management, based both on subjective and objective information - consulting skills Excellent decision making and problem solving ability Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems Experience in managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills, preferably in a Matrix functional environment Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams. Strong analytical skills to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions Solid partner/stakeholder interaction - customer oriented Ability to deal with conflict - negotiation skills
