Key responsibilities: Oversee the design, implementation, and support of systems that enable automated deployment of operating systems, applications, and configurations across the Windows desktop environment. Ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Windows desktop service, managing incidents, changes, and service delivery processes.
