Understanding of PC hardware, troubleshooting, and basic networking (TCP/IP, wireless). Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Organised, reliable, and self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude. Able to manage tasks independently as well as work effectively in a team.
