IT Software Licensing & Asset Analyst - To £34k + bonus Tria Recruitment are very pleased to be appointed as the exclusive sourcing partner with a long-term client, that are going through a huge & ongoing transformation programme that is facilitating change throughout all departments & levels. They are looking for an IT Software Licensing & Asset Analyst, Officer as part of a major expansion across most of their departments to meet ongoing transformation & growth. You will be part of the team looking after IT Software assets & licenses required to deliver IT services, to ensure that they are properly controlled and accurate and that relevant information is accessible when and where it is needed. The role covers the complete lifecycle of software asset management from purchasing through to deployment to end of life and the financial management of the process. You will also provide proactive management of renewals and reviews to ensure value for money is ensured for all purchases. This role will manage the processes and procedures required to maintain accuracy of the IT software Asset & licensing records. This will involve asset tracking & reporting as well as extensive stakeholder engagement across the entire organisation. It also offers the opportunity for someone whom may be working in a junior capacity at the moment whom would appreciate structured training & mentorship to develop fully into the role Experience required: Experience of tracking and/or managing IT Software Licences Knowledge in IT Software & Service Management ITIL (an advantage but not necessary as training provided) Proven Analytical & Planning skills Excellent Communication skills The role is offering a salary of upto £34k initially depending upon experience and the holidays are 36 days (28 days standard + 8 days bank holiday) + bonus upto 10% + generous pension and flexibility on working from home as well (usually 2 days onsite & 3 days at home).
