What do I need? Extensive knowledge of software development and its technologies Experience in leading development projects/teams Proven commercial experience in software development position C#, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API) .Net Core, Visual Studio Azure DevOps and familiarity with pipeline setups Source control via bitbucket or similar Entity Framework or similar, IdentityServer Ability to confidently discuss and demonstrate technologies at every level Design code that adheres to the SOLID principles that is efficient and maintainable Ability to evaluate and recommend improvements for software effectiveness. Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written specifications and documentation. Working to strict quality standards Proactive and highly organised with strong time management and planning skills including the use of Jira Ability to communicate effectively with staff across the IT, Development and the wider business. Used to reviewing business requirements (functional/non-functional) and technical specifications Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality in handling customer personal data Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments Additional skills you may have?
