Contract Role - ServiceNow Developer (Banking) - Glasgow/Hybrid/Remote - 12 months initial - Inside IR35 We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a major banking client in Glasgow on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of the bank's ServiceNow platform - supporting transformation and automation initiatives across IT and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer to work within a high-performing team, contributing to one of the bank's most strategic ServiceNow programmes. Role Overview: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Banking) Location: Glasgow /Hybrid/Remote Contract Type: Contract Duration: 12 months initial Sector: Banking Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/ ServiceNow Consultant within the banking or financial services sector (highly desirable). Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customisation, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflow design. Experience with modules such as ITSM , ITOM , or CMDB . Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator (CSA) , Certified Application Developer (CAD) , or higher).
