The role leads Apex development, configuration, and CI/CD processes, while ensuring platform stability, assessing release impacts, resolving BAU issues, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. Build and configure functionality across Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Write clean Apex code and use declarative tools to meet business needs. Complete unit testing, documentation, and support system testing.
